Scope This position reports to the Pricing Manager with day to day direction from the Account Managers and Pricing Manager. Responsibilities include preparing price analysis using on-line pricing tool and excel, preparing customer quotations, managing price lists. Main activities - Prepare price quotations quickly to support new business development. - Review pricing with the Account Manager and support approval process. - Interface with pricing team as needed to complete quotations. - Prepare customer quotations. - Manage price lists assuring quarterly updates correctly communicated and uploaded into the SAP system. - Manage price list to assure final specification price is added to price list. - Participate in RFQ process as needed. - Support analysis and updating of Salesforce pricing environment. Accountability including KPIs - Secure the profitable growth of the business. Accurate and quick quotation turn around to support business growth. - Secure customer satisfaction by ensuring the right level of support is provided to Account Managers to support customer growth. Profile (Experience & qualifications) - Must be highly skilled in Excel, with strong math skills. - Proficient in Word and PowerPoint. - Effective communicator. Ability to liaise both internally and externally across functions and communicate customer needs in a clear manner. - Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
