IBG is serving 3 market segments (Mass Retailers, Beauty Brands, Beauty Retailers) with 3 global brands (Orchard Custom Beauty, Fasten Packaging, Travel Designer) in 3 regions (America, Europe, Asia). Scope • The position concerns our NL business that realizes a turnover of 60+ MUSD. The NL activity is organized around 2 brands: bespoke packaging & turnkey solutions. • This position reports to GM directly and manages a team of ~5 people. Main activities Finance activities • Develop, prepare, analyze and present budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance. • Develop customer profitability analysis to support decision making process • Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding companies assets. • Manage accounting and the maintenance of financial records assuring compliance with corporate policies. • Coordinate and monitor the planning process to ensure that forecasts, expense budgets, cost savings opportunities and capital investments are achievable and contribute to the short and long-term profit and growth objectives of the company. • Manage efficiently the cash employed by the shareholder in the company by managing directly or partnering with other managers in optimizing pay back on capex, collecting receivables on time, minimizing inventories, reducing costs, increasing sales, optimizing the products portfolio. Management activites • Ensure alignment and involvement of people of his/her team, promoting Group values and coherent behaviours • Organize and manage his/her team and develop them (recruitment, competences assessment, training, incentives, careers development, etc.) • Develop activities and organization Accountability including KPIs • Guarantee the reliability, accuracy and completeness of the site's financial information. • Guarantee risks and opportunities are presented in an actionable manner to other Departments. Guarantee efficiency of financial/administrative processes (quicker, more accurate, more relevant) • Guarantee the engagement & development of the Finance team. Profile (Experience & qualifications) Education / Experience • Graduate degree with major in finance or accounting • 8 to 10 years of experience in accounting/finance with minimum of 3 years as a finance manager / controller Knowledge • Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems • Familiar with the advance finance tool in the global finance market is preferable. • Knowledge in tax computations and processes • Knowledge of ERP systems • Fluent in English, Dutch appreciated Skills • Communication & Team work • Leadership and energy • Proactive supervisory skills • Strong culture of cost management • Continuous improvement oriented • Ability to go from detail to big picture PUBLICATION DATE 02 September 2021
