Albéa Cosmetics Italy, settled in Bottanuco (BG) is considered in the Group and among the Customers the European excellence center for Mascaras, Eyeliners and Lip Glosses thanks to the skills of the over 300 collaborators, to the techniques of molding, assembly, decoration and surface treatments to produce caps, brushes and bottles Scope Direct report to the CI Manager. Main activities - Taking part in Lean initiatives (such as 5S, Visual Management, SMED, etc..), using the Six Sigma tools for the process and the improvements flow - Study and performance analysis activities in product processes in order to propose new improvement ideas and reduce costs - Taking part and managing working groups related to improvement activities of flows, business processes and productivity - Deepening and application of Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce inefficiencies - Supporting productive departments on specific topics - Activities of reporting in projects and assigned activities Accountability including KPIs - Supporting the Team Leaders in the different improvement initiatives, to reach planned targets (KPI’s) - Supporting the Continuous Improvement Manager in managing CI Operating Agenda and in achieving expected results - Developing and sustaining the maintenance in productive departments of 5S levels, visual management and daily management of performances Profile (Experience & qualifications) - Management or Mechanic or Automations Engineering Graduation - Excellent knowledge of Office - Excellent knowledge of Italian and English - Basic notions of Lean Manufacturing concepts PUBLICATION DATE 12 January 2022
