Our site, Albéa Matamoros is North America’s Center of Excellence for Mascara, Lip Gloss and Lipstick Packaging. Scope Responsible for managing production plan, forecast and sales of 90M$ and an inventory of 10M$. Main activities * Create/adjust automatic reports. * Create dashboard for daily and weekly performances. * Monitor KPI’s (calculate, publish and track action plans) * Control Inventory (follow strategy, monitor changes, process liability/obsolescence reports/actions and others) * Freight Expenses Report * Department CI projects report, follow-up * Control of new Projects (LOI, Dates, amounts, coverage) * Saturation Reports * Trackers Report Creation * Logistic Pre Spec Consolidation and update Accountability including KPIs * Ensure stock level will be accordingly to company objective. * Guarantee production performance reports, and actions plans are completed on time. * Ensure new project launches are documented and all project phases completed on time. * Ensure CI projects are created and completed by the Supply Chain team members. Profile (Experience & qualifications) * At least 3 years of experience in a supply chain within a manufacturing organization * Bilingual: English and Spanish * SAP reports * Understanding of production planning and control concepts PUBLICATION DATE 19 August 2021
