Our site, Albéa Reynosa is specialized in Plastic Tubes manufacturing for Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Food Markets. Scope • Responsible for New Product Launches of Plastic Tubes • Based in Reynosa and Washington plant Main activities Develop and manage the timeline with the necessary milestones and activities to ensure a successful launch as measured by being on time and providing a delightful customer experience throughout the process. Prepare and communicate the risk assessment associated with assigned projects. Communication to be make internally and externally with customer representatives. Manage the risks and issues throughout the project life cycle. Primary contact point for the sales team, establishes and manages necessary meetings and communication requirements during the life of the project. Owns and publishes the meeting minutes accordingly. Leads coordination with the relevant departments to manage the information flow between the operation and the customer for insuring a successful launch Manages the documentation accuracy of associated documents including sample requests, and SAP database Accountability including KPIs Guarantees successful launch of P0 and P0+ projects for assigned customer portfolio Guarantees timely and accurate communication between all departments involved in the NPL process Guarantees timely and accurate information is provided to the customer Guarantees coordination of the artwork development from receipt of artwork from the customer to production Guarantees the accuracy of associated documents including sample requests, and the SAP database Profile (Experience & qualifications) -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field -Fluent English and Spanish. Excellent communication skills in both languages -Project management skills and experience in working for a high volume manufacturing industry. Supply chain experience is a plus -Mastery of project management tools -Problem solving and muli-tasking, Planning and strategic thinking, Execution, Business acumen, Detailed oriented, Dependable.
