Our site, Albéa Shanghai CRP is our Center of Excellence for Lipstick in Asia and Center of I&D for all CRP products. It hosts Albéa's Molds shop. Scope Responsible for projects for CRP product line at Shanghai Plant Main activities Collaborating on molding and tooling and developing the best product solutions for our customers. Work closely with project leader, mold fitters, manufacturing team and customer service team; Facilitate the release of new products and changes to existing products. Design injection molding tools for different plants in Albea. Work with project leader to design molds and tooling for prototype needs. Design production molds to meet customer requirements on technical specifications and quality. Work with project leader for mold modification and engineering changes. Work with manufacturing team to optimize design to simplify manufacturing process and reduce downstream manual processes. Support customer service team for quotation purpose. Accountability including KPIs Guarantee process optimization from inception to completion. Guarantee all project peripheral equipment processes is running efficiently. Guarantee the procurement of new equipment for increased molding capacities, in addition to optimizing existing equipment through engineering studies for his assigned projects. Guarantee source of improvement in existing equipment is identified and focused on cost efficiency. Guarantee standards are set in tool and gage design that promotes production flexibility while reducing change over times for assigned projects Profile (Qualification & Experience) Associates Degree in a technical discipline or related field with 5+ years manufacturing experience with at least 3 years’ experience in injection mold design. Extensive experience and expertise on injection mold design. Experience in cosmetic packaging mold design is preferred. High level of attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can understand technical requirement written in English. Leadership Skills Win as One Team - Breaks silos.
