Scope Responsible for projects for CRP product line at Shanghai Plant Main activities Good cooperation with all other Depts. to ensure the reasonable & effective production process. 和各有关部门保持有效沟通和协调，确保生产工艺的有效合理。 Accept the work assignment from Engineering Dept. and to assist manager to control & follow up the schedule of each project. 接受部门的工作分配，协助经理控制项目进度。 Controlling and monitoring the execution of SOPs in production workshop to ensure the production runs smoothly. 根据各生产车间需要，及时准确地把制程标准落实好，以确保生产的正常进行 Accountability including KPIs Guarantee all the work assignments are complete 确保所有工作分配均已完成 Ensure 100% controlling and monitoring of execution SOP •确保100％控制和监视执行SOP Profile (Qualification & Experience) College or above, majored in IE or similar. 大专以上学历，IE或相关专业 Good command of English both reading and written 有良好的英语读写能力 Proactive and responsibility 主动性、责任心俱佳 Good communication and cooperation abilities 良好的沟通协调能力 Ability to problem analysis or resolving. 有一定的问题分析、整合能力 Skills in project management 懂一些基本的项目管理知识 Leadership Skills Win as One Team - Breaks silos.
