Our site, Albéa Surabaya Cosmetic Rigid Packaging (CRP) is specialized in Lipstick, Compact, Cap, Jar and Bottle Packaging Manufacturing. It is located in Rungkut. Scope This positions reports to Plant Manager directly and manages a team of 15 HCs. Main activities • Daily control and monitor performance of realization of new product development in production floor; mold validation, trial product, identification problem, prepare equipment/ machine. Coordination and realization during mass production. • Prepare equipment and other support tool to increase capacity. • Leading process improvement, CT reduction, balancing, and make effectiveness of QC inspection • Control and manage activity in maintenance and mold shop to ensure production effectiveness • To ensure that all industrial engineering, maintenance, moldshop SOP/WI comply with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, ISO 18000, Halal Certificate, Albea Directives, and other certificate that company already implement. • Gives training to the subordinate to improve their skills depend on their specific needs • Provide solution to all problems arise, lead and encourage staffs to generate ideas for continuous Improvements to work towards lean production processes. • Responsible for facilitating, coaching, educating, supervising, and motivating team the respective team to achieve team goals, company goals and customer delight. • Reviewing the performance and provide feedback to the subordinates • Prepare, analyze, and present the report and provide the solution and continuous improvement ideas. • Proactively assist Plant Manager and working with related departments to implement and achieve Engineering Dept goals. Accountability including KPIs • Readiness on tools, WI • Reduce mold repetitive issues • Cavitation rate • Ontime on project schedule • Preventive scheduling • CI projects to improve Production effectiveness and efficiency Profile (Experience & qualifications) Education / Experience: • Diploma degree Engineer in Polytechnic major in engineering • Minimum 5 years experiences as Section Head or middle manager position • Planning and organization skill to be able to run and monitor the production processes. • Ability to work in Logical, systematic, and problem solving methodology • Be able to understand English & operate computer (MS office) • Good Knowledge minimum on QMS, OHSAS/K3 Knowledge/skills : • BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging, Plastics a plus) • Good written and oral English skills • Good communication skills • Able to work independently/Self motivate/Work smart • Able to communicate and motivate employees in any level Leadership Skills: • Win as One Team - Listens to others.
